Happy New Year everyone! Hope 2013 brings happiness and
luck to you all.

And we close the year with a quote:
She [Barbara Walters] said, "Don't you ever want to do anything but write?"
"No," I said.
"Don't you want to go hunting? Fishing? Dancing? Hiking?"
And I said, "No! No! No! and No!"
She said, "But what would you do if
the doctor gave you only six months to live?"
I said, "Type faster."
-Isaac Asimov
Hehe I love this quote. Probably not my reaction, but it shows how important it was to him. It definitely made me laugh.

To whom this may concern,
My name is Lauren. I am super cool and awesome... this is all true. I love The Beatles, and if you don't, don't talk to me. Traveling Wilburys are amazing too!
Well all I am saying is give peace a chance
Love,
Me

What can I say about Lindsey besides she's a smart, beautiful young women who has an amazing sense of humor?
Lindsey Marie Coye is also an amazing musician who plays guitar, piano, and saxophone. Her inspirations are Billy Joel, Bruce Springsteen, Elton John, and her obsession (and I mean full blown obsession), The Beatles. Day in and day out, The Beatles.
What can I say about Lindsey that those who do not lie have told you (if you know her) or that I haven't already told you?
Lindsey Marie Coye is a young female who inspires not only me but the young minds of those who follow in her footsteps and I thank God every that I am blessed to have her in my life.

Five exclamation marks, the sure sign of an insane mind.
-Terry Pratchett

Is it just me, or does this apply to anyone else? According to Mr. Pratchett, I am a certified nutcase! Gah, there I go again with the exclamation marks.

Some quotes to begin!

Being a writer is like having homework every night for the rest of your life.
-Lawrence Kasdan
Being a good writer is 3% talent, 97% not being distracted by the internet.
-Anonymous
Two quotes that I think are suited well to my situation. Since I am buried in mountains of homework already, I have begun to think of writing as a seperate assignment. Of course, it is one that is not due (I have no idea if I would be able to publish any of my writing, therefore I have no set deadlines). And the second... I think you understand what I mean. I can't help it. I'm technology obsessed.

Can anyone relate?
